Efficient pallet integration.

One of the main advantages of our machine is its ability to efficiently process a full pallet of planos (height: 220 cm). As soon as this pallet is empty, the machine stops automatically. Then a new full pallet of planos can be inserted, allowing you to produce for a long time without interruptions. Our specially developed arm makes this possible and currently has a patent pending. This arm has a minimum installation height, allowing the machine to continue to operate efficiently. Thanks to this innovative arm, the machine can reach a total height of up to 255 cm. This allows the machine to be installed even in areas with limited height, while still maintaining unparalleled efficiency.

Input system.

Our egg cartoner features an advanced infeed system where egg stacks can be placed manually or automatically. A built-in camera system takes pictures to check the height of the stacks and, if necessary, supplement them with the appropriate toptray. The machine then automatically divides the eggs into sets of two stacks, after which a sturdy plano (box) is folded around the eggs.

Flexible labeling options.

In addition to efficient packaging, our cartoner offers the ability to automatically print a barcode, flight number or other desired information on the cartons. This optimizes the traceability system and satisfies all product identification requirements.
