Automatic Spout Insert Machine: Efficiency in Packaging

Our Servo-controlled spout insert machine, the SIM05, offers automated precision. This machine inserts and seals spouts into pre-made pouches.

Once the pouch is at the spout input, the spout is automatically inserted and sealed, with this sealing process repeated three times for maximum strength. After sealing, the pouch is cooled, ensuring a perfect seal.

Upon completion of the process, pouches are thoroughly checked for proper angle and seal using advanced cameras. Upon approval, the machine offers flexible output options: bulk or rail output.

With bulk output, the pouches are collected in a large bin. And with rail output, pouches are automatically fed into rails, which are then automatically fed in and out. Rail output also provides the ability to inflate pouches, allowing filling machines to fill effortlessly.

Possible spout position and bag shape are fully customizable with the SIM05. From center, off-center to corner spout inserter, as well as special bag shapes, although these may be subject to technical review.

Bag shape can range from square, round to shaped. In some cases, special tools are required for certain shapes, but with our expertise and adaptability, we can meet all your packaging needs.
