Specially designed dosing system for round pills

Our dosing system uses a vibrating feeder in which we prepare 6 pills. These 6 pills are ready to be dosed on demand from the stickpack machine. Because these are pills, there is a double guard in it so that no empty pouches can be made. This is monitored at two positions. Position 1 is the ready position, while position 2 is monitored using special sensors to verify that the pill has actually been dosed.

This fully automated system can be easily mounted on the ST600 6-lane stickpack machine and can be adapted to different pill sizes. As a result, the system offers flexibility and versatility in packaging various medicines, sweeteners or supplements.

With this dosing system, we can guarantee accurate and reliable dosing, improving the efficiency of the packaging process. Through advanced sensor technologies and an integrated control procedure, we ensure that each stickpack bag contains the right amount of pills.
