Cartoner for eggs
Packing eggs
Consili has taken on the challenge of packing pulp trays filled with eggs into cartons with the CME360 (Cartoning Machine 360 Eggs). This innovative machine is now running in several locations. The machine automatically enters the stacks, where they can be inspected and replenished with top trays during the process. After this, they are packed in sets of two stacks (360 eggs). After packing, the boxes are inspected and coded if necessary. In addition, there is an option to rotate the boxes 180 degrees.

Inspect and replenish
Four stacks of eggs are simultaneously placed on our innovative infeed system, and then the machine automatically infuses them one at a time. This allows us to check and replenish the stacks. The machine checks whether a top tray is already present. If necessary, the system chooses a special flat toptray for high stacks or a normal tray for lower stacks or no tray when if present. After a final check, the stacks are prepared for packing in sets of two. Should you have other requirements, we would be happy to develop a customized solution.
“Automatic feeding of eggs into packing machine”
Occupational Health and Safety and User Friendly.
By taking over the heavy manual work of packing eggs, we reduce the physical strain on your employees. This increases job satisfaction and reduces the risk of injuries. But also the output is increased because the machine can pack 4-10 cartons per minute with one person at the infeed side.
