We have designed a special crate conveyor that fully meets customer requirements and demands. This crate conveyor is deliberately designed as an open system, making it easy to clean and dirt falls to the ground, allowing it to be easily swept up.

The crate chain is equipped with stoppers that ensure that the crates are positioned precisely under the weigher. This ensures accurate positioning and enables efficient weighing.

We also overhauled the 2-lane weigher and equipped it with a platform. This provides personnel with easy access to and around the weigher, allowing them to work comfortably and perform any adjustments or maintenance work without problems.

When designing and overhauling these systems, we considered both functionality and ease of use. We understand the importance of hygiene and efficiency in production environments, so we have ensured that the crate conveyor is easy to clean and that personnel can work comfortably and safely.
