Specially designed dispensing system for round pills

Our dosing system uses a vibrating feeder in which we put 6 pills ready. These 6 pills are ready to be dosed on demand from the stickpack machine. Because these are pills, there is a double monitoring in it so that no empty bags can be made. This is monitored at 2 positions. Position 1 is the ready position, while position 2 is monitored using special sensors to verify that the pill has actually been dosed.

This fully automated system can be easily mounted on the ST600 6-lane stickpack machine and can be customized to different pill sizes. As a result, the system offers flexibility and versatility in packaging various medications, sweeteners or supplements.

With this dosing system, we can guarantee accurate and reliable dosing, improving the efficiency of the packaging process.
